Group exercise to music can provide amazing benefits including a great release of feel good hormones. The combined effect of the music while I lead you through routines and exercises, the effort you put in and the fact you are with a group of people doing exercise, helps your body to release more! Come and join us and make some new friends.
A general keep fit class which works the entire body whilst enjoying some great music! Get fit with easy dance routines, toning, strengthening and balance exercises, use of equipment, stretching and relaxation to music.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

The Scout Hall, Braishfield Rd - Tuesdays 9.30am to 10.30am (from 4th September) - £6.00.
The Abbey Hall, Romsey - Wednesdays 9.30am to 10.30am (until 8th August then 5th September) - £6.50.
